The Site is intended for approved distributors and business partners. Access to pricing and ordering functionality requires submission of a distributor application and approval by LAViT. We collect information during the application process to verify eligibility prior to granting account access.

We also collect information from prospective customers (such as office managers, purchasing managers, or other business representatives) who request product information, quotes, or assistance locating an authorized distributor.

We do not currently process payment directly through the Site.

Orders placed through our Shopify-based platform generate an invoice, which is issued and paid separately through QuickBooks Online, a service provided by Intuit Inc.

Payment transactions, including credit card or ACH payments, are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers within QuickBooks Online.

LAViT does not store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or ACH credentials on its servers. If a customer elects to save ACH or payment information for future transactions, such information is encrypted and maintained by Intuit in accordance with its own privacy and security policies. If we enable on-site credit card checkout in the future, payment processing will occur through Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant payment systems in accordance with Shopify’s applicable policies.
